I have been in business for over 27 years and use a variety of traditional as well as 'cutting edge' techniques. I also do phone and FaceTime consulting and counseling to help you process and master common life issues of grief, depression and anxiety, relationship problems, improving self care, self esteem, and boundaries. Therapy is not a 'one size fits all' discipline and one of the things most clients appreciate is fitting the therapy to each individual need, tailoring the specific techniques that increase the greatest benefit to YOU. Some of those techniques include: Solution focused directive therapy, Cognitive Behavioral and hypnotherapy, as well as specific techniques for anxiety, processing grief, and creating functional Boundaries that are both compassionate and clear.
