CANTWELL EQUIPMENT

April 1st, 2013 I contacted Cantwell Power Solutions to get information on a Home Standby Generator. I spoke with Chris on the phone and by email and he was to contact their electrician to make an appointment with me to see exactly what I would need for our home. It took a couple weeks for John with Anchor Electric to call and even longer to make an appointment. The first time he came out to the house was May 8th, yep 5 weeks later and that only happened after I contacted Cantwell for a third time. Unfortunately I am a cop and got stuck at work and couldn't meet at the 430pm time. John said he would get back with me early the next week but two weeks later I contacted Cantwell and asked for another electrician to call me. Its been a week since then and haven't heard from anyone. I can only assume if you can't be available during what is convenient for them. Whether its Cantwell or their electrician, either way it should be their responsibility to use sub-contractors that provide at least some sort of customer service. Because of that I give Cantwell a D. Would be an F but I know there were others involved in this fiasco. I can't comment on Cantwell's actual work because nobody wanted to sell me a generator....but as far as getting someone to your house to start the process, you had better be available M-F from 8-430 or nobody will show up.
