They did an extremely good job.  With good service and quality workmanship.  The paint is a perfect match and no repair work can be seen.  They kept us informed of progress and had the vehicle ready on time.

Overall repairs were performed as well as expected. The did a fine job of repairing my vehicle. The ETR was not meet which was a little frustrating. Communication could have been a little better.

We brought the Lexus in for an estimate. The personnel at Caliber always seem to be busy (a good sign!), but got us into the queue quite quickly. They gave the car a thorough inspection, and provided an estimate and a date to bring the car in. They provided the repairs, and even buffed out another spot free of charge. The car was ready when they said it would be and at the price they had quoted us. And the quality -- from what we can tell -- is top-notch.
Everything runs smoothly and pretty much on schedule at this Caliber Collision location, and we keep coming back here whenever we need this type of service. Their prices are on the high side, I think, but I am also convinced that you get what you pay for. This is a quality operation, and we have never had any problems with their work, even years after it was conducted. I highly recommend Caliber Collision on Rosewood in Fort Worth.

They assisted with insurance, did a quality job on the body work and kept me updated daily on the progression of the repair. It was ready when promised.

They are very convenient. Professional people, and clean place. The car came back looking like new. I would recommend them to anyone. There was an enterprise rent a car in their location and that made the whole experience very convenient.

called in advance to tell them my car had been stolen, recovered and had been vandalized and wrecked . I also informed them I only had liability insurance so it would not cover any cost. She was very pleasant and said I did not need an appt on Sat to bring the car in for an estimate. I brought the car in Sat and the estamater immediatly deducted it would not be worth fixing. They have to warranty all their work so they could not just fix it well enough to drive. Had I been told this when I called I would not have wasted my time and trouble taking the car to them. They recommended I take it to a Mom and Pop shop (but could not suggest one). I just wish she could have told that to me over the phone when I told her I did not have insurance coverage. They are all about insurance claims and could not help me

The work results exceeded my expectations. The car looks as good as new. The repair work was done quickly with no problems. Color match is perfect. Adam Newman was a pleasure to work with.

They did a great job. Paint matches perfectly. They went to bat for me and got the insurance company to replace the quarter panel that the insurance company wanted them to only repair. They had a wrong part delivered which caused a last minute delay in getting the car ready so they made it up to me by delivering the car to my office later in the day. Very happy with all parts of the service experience.

The damage was repaired perfectly and the paint was a perfect match. This was a new car and now there is no indication or visible evidence of damage or body work. They did an excellent job.

I RECEIVED HAIL DAMAGE ON MY ENTIRE TRUCK. THEY CALLED IN THE BEST 'PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR' MAN TO FIX THE DENTS ON THE ROOF AND SIDES, SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO HAVE MY ROOF CUT OFF AND REPLACED. THEY REPLACED THE HOOD AND ALL DAMAGED TRIM PIECES. EXCELLANT JOB ON MATCHING PAINT AND ALL 'PDM' WORK. THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT THEY ARE ONE OF THE BEST AT GIVING A QUALITY PRODUCT.
