It went exremely well. The lady answering the phone was professional and courteous. The technician, as noted above, inspected my rim - to include spinning it on the balance tester - for no charge. Staff were helpful and friendly, and will have my future business should I need tires or wheel work in the Fort Worth area.

Burrell was fantastic to work with He goes out of his way to accommodate us. We changed our mind on the size of truck the morning we went to pick it up. He quickly found us the size we wanted and was so kind and patient with us. Then we needed a trailer. He again did everything possible to make this happen for us. He is a honest hard working man, He doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. My daughter has had him repair her tires and has had the same experience.
