Were fast and efficient. Repaired a broken pipe and replaced a couple sprinkler hears. Came on-time and very helpful. Would hire again for any future sprinkler needs.

Work was done well , had to have out for a "free" service call. I was charged for the call, and was told it would be removed multiple times. I still get a call every once in awhile about it, not sure why it still shows as owed, but most days no one answers the phone.

Everything went well. Appointment response took a little longer than what I expected and they missed the initial appointment. They were very nice and apologized for the delay and missed appointment. Happy with the service.

Burks Irrigation came out and immediately got to assessing the situation. My lawn is not an easy fix but they thoroughly evaluated what needed to be done and fixed the small stuff quickly and came back with the needed material for the larger fix the following week. It is difficult to find people that know what they are doing and Burks not only knows their craft but also charges a fair price. I've looked around a long time for a good sprinkler/irrigation place and feel like I've struck gold with Burks. I highly recommend them.

Samantha contacted me via email to schedule a time for service and let me know that Anthony would be my technician and would call me when he was on his way. On the day of service, Anthony called and let me know he would be out around 5:25PM. Sure enough, right on time he was here. He was very friendly and professional and fixed all the issues we could fine and adjusted everything making sure each step of the way it was to my satisfaction. He did a great job and everything that needed to be fixed was. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks Anthony for the great work!

They didn't come out for several month's caused they were so booked and then when he come out he didn't finish it and I called back and said you missed one of the sprinklers and they said well we're all booked we can't get you on the calendar so you know, what a joke. First of all he didn't seem to know why he was here and I said well I bought your package and then he went ahead and checked everything and I showed him where some sprinklers were broken and needed to be replaced. Well he didn't replace them all, he missed one I know of and he had already left before I could catch him so I called the office real quick and said he missed at least one sprinkler heads and then they tell oh we're too booked we cant get you on the calendar. Screw that I'll find somebody else. They need to know what they are selling in their packages and be a little more thorough, I mean he was in just a big hurry seemed like to get out of here.

"I repaired everything the member requested me to repair. The member complained about her husband messing up the system over and over, so I had a funny feeling no matter what I did was not going to be satisfactory. I asked the member what I could do for her when i arrived, so I don't understand why the member stated that I had no idea why I was there. The system had good coverage when the repair was completed. We purchased this deal specifically because it said it included checking for leaks. Then they showed up and said they didn't have equipment to look for leaks. I wouldn't have made this purchase other than the leak detection being advertised as part of the service. Was very disappointed that we did not receive the full service we paid for.

"My Response to this review. We were there on time and repaired what the member asked us to repair.The system had a very slow leak, about a 2 gallons a day that was not showing up anywhere. I explained to the member that he would need to leave his system on for 2 days so we could locate the leak. The member said that he was not willing to do so. Irrigation companies do not have leak detectors,that is a tool for plumbers. We never have advertised on Angies List or anywhere else that we have leak detection devises. Great! They spent considerable time figuring out why my sprinkler system was not working. They went above and beyond! I was so impressed with them that I am having them come back out to landscape my front lawn.

Fabulous! Alan fit us into an earlier slot in his schedule which worked perfectly for us getting everything done. When it came to the scheduled appointment time, Alan and his assistant were perfectly punctual (literally to the minute!). They came ready to work and did so very efficiently. Alan and his assistant were both knowledgeable about the job that needed to be done and did not load in any extra or unnecessary repairs or frivolous options. I had confidence in them and in the work they did.

Absolutely AWESOME folks. Came out on scheduled day (actually arrived earlier than scheduled) our sprinkler system was not working properly and we had dry spots. immediately started checking out all zones manually checked for proper coverage and then checked control box. They found a bad relay. They removed the bad relay and replaced it with an extra unused one that was in the system. They could have tried to sell me one (they aren't cheap) as I had no idea there was an unused one there. Honest folks and very helpful. Explained the dry spots I just wasn't watering long enough with the heat. You don't find many honest business any more. Will definitely recommend to others and use them again. The u
