Description of Work: Replace my entire heating and air conditioning system in my house. I can't believe how quiet the new unit is and how much less energy it uses. Burke Mechanical did an awesome job!

 + -1 moreBrad said that he was just too busy to have service agreement contracts so he refunded my money. I guess being on time is not part of his service. He seemed todo good work and was pleasant so it's disappointing.
Description of Work: I had set up for annual maintenance to occur twice a year. For my summer service I had an appointment that was scheduled six months in advance. I called a few days before not confirm. Brad had forgotten and apologized. We rescheduled and he came and performed the maintenance. He wanted to schedule again for the six months which should be today. He did not come or call to cancel. He did refund the service agreement money so at least that.
