My husband and I stopped by the Bruce Door office Saturday morning April 11 to get an idea of what kinds of doors were available and to see some real examples. (They have 3 installed doors that you can play with.) We talked to the owner and were impressed with his knowledge and liked his recommendations. He did not try to upsell us. We chose to go with a more expensive door to get the best insulation we could because our door gets intense morning sun. We paid a little less than half done to get the door ordered.

The door arrived in less than a month. The owner called us and we scheduled a convenient install date. Two highly skilled long-time employees arrived on time and spent 2.5 hours installing the door. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely after themselves. One noticed that there were some scratches on the door and called the owner, who immediately drove out with a touch-up spray and touched up the door.

We love the new door. The windows let light in so we don't have to turn on lights when we go in the garage, the motor is very quiet, and the door operates smoothly. We are very happy with the experience we had with Bruce Door and highly recommend this company.

The service was excellent!  The installers were early and advised it would take 1/2 day, but they finished in a few hours. Very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Everything went great

So I am ready to leave for work this morning. I hop in the car (which is in the garage), hit the garage door opener and the door would not go up.  A quick inspection showed the spring had broken. I got on Angies list to search for a garage door company near me and found Bruce Door Co.  I called at around 8am and they said they could have someone over right away. Before 9am Glen was finished replacing the spring and oiled all the pertinent parts. Sounds better than before.  From the time I called to the time he finished was less than 1 hour. Couldn't be more pleased.

I contacted Bruce Hearne Door Company and had them install a new garage door opener and a new garage door seal on the bottom of my garage door. They were very professional. They arrived in the time frame I was advised when I called and received the quote. When the installations were completed they cleaned everything up. The bill was exactly what I was quoted.

Tech came on Time and estimated the fix to a simple Service Call..... No me Parts replaced.....aligned the Door and greased all points of contact...Door was fixed right and in no time at all

Awesome service.  We called on Tuesday morning to see if we could schedule an appointment.  They had the door in stock and the guy told us he could have some to our house in the next two hours (we live a ways from town) and my husband just happened to be on vacation that day so he said sure.  From the time we called until the install was complete it was about 4 hours.  Awesome job.  One guy came and replaced the door by himself.  We paid over the phone with a credit card and within a few days our invoice and receipt was in our mailbox.  I would use them again in a heart beat.  My dad has used them a couple of times and is the one that referred me to them.  Cheaper than anyone else we called too.

The large spring on our garage door broke into two pieces. We had a recommendation from a friend to call Bruce Door Co. I called on Monday morning, expecting the old "we are very busy and can do it three weeks from now" line, but was pleasantly surprised when they said they would be at my home later that same day. A time was set, and he arrived very promptly. He immediately set to work and had all the work done in a short time. He showed me the work done and presented an invoice, which I paid. I received a hand-written receipt on the spot, and later was mailed a printed version. I was impressed with his demeanor, his cleanliness and the work he did, and felt the price was very reasonable. Our door has never operated better or more quietly. I would definitely call this company again for any work needed on our garage door.

They showed up on time, did the install in a timely maner and took the old opener with them.  the new opener is quiet and works well.

Called Bruce Door and they sent out Paul. Paul was on time and even called me at work to let me know he was on his way so I didn't have to sit around. I really appreciated that. Paul was quick and professional. He was very friendly and did a great job. I would recommend Bruce Door.

Bruce Door did a great job replacing my broken door spring.  Bruce Door typically gets to each service call on the day it is called in,  however, my tech came out the next day in the morning !  He replaced the broken spring very quickly. He also lubricated all the hinges and rollers, no charge, all within 1 hour.
I would recommend Bruce Door to anyone.

The entire experience was fantastic with Bruce Hearne Door Co.  They were able to come on the same day I called to replace our spring.  I would definitely use them again if we have any problems with our other garage door.

Amazing.  This was over a month ago and the garage door is still working. 

I called the company and they were able to come the next day and install the opener.  The work was done quickly and professionally.  The pricing was fair and the opener is high quality.  Operation of the opener was explained to me.  All packaging was cleaned up and I am very happy with my garage door opener.  I would definately recommend Bruce Door Co. to friends and family.
