Homeowner/businesses beware! Stay away from brothers foundation and their other family business Xcellence Landscaping (ran by a step son name Sear) Both companies are liars, thieves, and perform sloppy work. I needed house leveling done. I even wait at the timeframe advised by them to see the leveling of my house! And it’s still uneven there is still a slope in the entryway of my kitchen that I told him about and he never went down to repair it. He told me I need to fix my flooring. And the flooring guy advised me the house is still unleveled. Around that same year stupidly, I thought since these guys look like they were hard workers. Sear (if that’s his real name) told me he knows how to do work around the house. I told him I needed a French drain and he said he has a side business called Xcellence landscaping and I stupidly believed him. Well, it’s been six months and my fridge drain never worked. Water has build up all over again In my yard. I saw The work wasn’t being done correctly and when I asked him about my catch basin. He’s advised me that it wasn’t needed for a French drain and I pay him $3600. For work that I now have to correct with someone else that knows what to do. Now six months later when I’m asking for the job to be done correctly. He is wanting to recharge me 2900. And advising me that it’s my neighbors fault and poor maintenance. Laughing ? Loud. But in the beginning the water never flowed through the drain! So how can we have core maintenance when there was no maintenance in the beginning. And of course Texas weather and very harsh thunderstorms have worsened my conditions. I’m so sick I’m so hurt and upset that my water was never out of my yard to begin with. And then when I asked him in the earlier part before the six months. He simply ignored me and said let’s move onto the fence. Like I would entrust trust him to do any more work for me…smh. I hope you guys enjoy the money that you ripped off from a poor elderly lady. I can only pray and hope that your wives and sisters don’t get the same treatment. Karma is real.
