We understand the special bond you have with your pet as a member of your family and it is our commitment to provide quality veterinary care throughout the life of your pet. We strive to provide personal attention and compassionate care with an emphasis on client education. Established May 1,1989, Bridge Street Animal Clinic, is a full service, small animal veterinary hospital, providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. We also provide nutritional and behavioral counseling, grooming and boarding services. Our veterinarian and veterinary staff have been helping pets and families from Arlington, Fort Worth, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Southlake and Keller TX for over twenty years. Our services and facilities are designed to assist in preventive care, early detection and treatment of disease with complete medical & surgical care as necessary during the lifetime of your pet.

His name is Dr. Norris. He is a very caring person who really cares for his animals. He cares about the people that care for them and very much so. He is a very patient, kind and loving person. He is very professional. He answers all our questions to make sure that we walk away with the knowledge that we need.

They really care about the animals. It is obvious that they are focused on making sure that my concerns and my pet’s health is taken care of. Dr. Norris has a very good rapport with the pets and is very concerned when I have a problem.

Bridge Street Animal Clinic has been our veterinary clinic of choice for 12 years or so--first for our cats, and then for our dog. Dr. Norris and his staff are so wonderful. Our Rottie always looked forward to going there. In addition to routine shots, we took her there for grooming and boarding on many an occasion. She just loved it there. Everyone there is caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Norris, and his associate Dr. Dykstra who filled in for him on occasion, recently helped us through a very painful cancer diagnosis and the resulting hard decisions. They helped us keep her comfortable to the very end, and we will be eternally grateful.

We got our terrier mix Duncan his shots and we buy Heartgard and flea control from them as well. He does a great job and is thorough.
I don't think they are the least expensive vet in town, but the prices are fair and for the service they are well worth it.

I have spent so much money on this little dog. Bridge Street is just awesome. They have a big vet school down there. If the vet cannot figure out the problem with your animal, he does not have a problem sending you somewhere else as he does not have a very big ego like he can do it all. They are very good to my dog.

THE STAFF AT BRIDGE STREET IS AMAZING. I NEVER WORRY ABOUT ANY OF OUR PETS (WE HAVE SIX) WHEN WE GO OUT OF TOWN. DR. NORRIS, THE VET, IS VERY PATIENT AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING WELL.

WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE BOARDING EXPERIENCE FOR OUR TWO DOGS AND DR. NORRIS' CLINIC. HIS TECHNICIANS SEEM TO ENJOY TAKING CARE OF THE ANIMALS WHO STAY THERE AND SHOW PROPER ATTENTION TO THEM. OUR DOGS, THOUGH NOT ALWAYS EXCITED ABOUT LEAVING US, ALWAYS COME HOME CLEAN AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF. OFTEN, WE WILL PICK THE DOGS UP ON A MONDAY AFTERNOON AND THE STAFF WILL TAKE CARE OF ANY VETERINARY NEEDS THAT THE DOGS NEED (UPDATE IMMUNIZATIONS, CLEAN TEETH, CLIP NAILS, ETC.) WE FEEL LIKE THEY ARE CARED FOR WHEN THEY ARE LEFT THERE.
