We were happy with the service.

I was concerned after reading other's ratings - however, I was very pleasantly surprised.  Don came to the house and found the issue with our water heater almost immediately.  He then showed me what to do if the issue occurred again.  He could have left there - but, he wanted to check our other water heater and ensure that it was working fine.  Then, he wanted to show me other plumbing features of the house that I would need if issues arose.He was courteous, respecful of my time and knowledgeable.  Granted, what we had them check turned out to be fairly simple - but, I would be willing to use them on other service items.

Home warranty company sent this "plumber" out to fix a leaking copper pipe inside the wall behind the shower. They sent out a kid that it turned out was not a licensed plumber. He caused more damage than I started with. Reported him to the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners and they issued a notice of non-compliance to Jerry Bransford. After I got a real plumber out to make the repair, the warranty company paid the bill. Don't call this guy and if your warranty company sends him (probably the only work he can get), refuse to let him on your property.

THEY CAME OUT AS A RESULT OF A SERVICE REQUEST WE MADE THROUGH OUR HOME SHIELD. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND GOT THE JOB DONE. WE APPRECIATED THAT HE TESTED HIS WORK TO MAKE SURE THE PROBLEM WAS REALLY RESOLVED.

NEITHER THE PLUMBER NOR THE LADY IN THE OFFICE WHO MAKES THE APPOINTMENTS WAS VERY POLITE. THEY BOTH EXHIBITED AN ATTITUDE THAT THEY WERE BEING BOTHERED BY ME. THEY BOTH NEED TO GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS.

VERY GOOD QUALITY AND REASONABLE PRICES. WOULD USE AGAIN. VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF.
