Brad Anderson had done a ton of replacement roofs in our area after a hail storm. We had been working with our insurance adjuster and called Brad to help us make sure we got everything we needed to have an excellent new roof. The adjuster was busy and missed a ton of things that Brad immediately caught, missed vents and a turret feature that took extra work to hand cut the tiles to go around the turret. Item after item were approved as the insurance payments came in. We had also had a problem in heavy rain where it would overwhelm the gutters in one area. Brad identified that the issue was also the turret with water causing the overflow. Since we were getting new gutters as well, he had the company that did the gutters fix that issue. Brad added a roof vent that will help us stay cool in our hot summers. Brad was patient, understanding, answered our many questions, advised us on the best color for our house and made sure everything was cleaned up and finished complete. I think you would be as happy as we were!

It was a wintertime job, so it required the extra caution of working only when temperatures allowed. They did a great job working around that. Brad cautions that he has a smaller crew, therefore it will take a little longer. But they're going to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Brad has had the same crew for years, which speaks to the quality of the work and the way he takes crew of his crew.

Brad has worked on two roofs for me. The first was a complete replacement and then this job, where is fixed part of the roof and had to replace it in a few places. Both times he's been nothing but professional. I'll use him again for my next roof and recommend him where ever I can. The only downside is that he was only accepting cash or checks at the time, but that may have changed.

Excellent, they even devised a way to extend the downspouts to move the water away from the home. They also recommended a new color of roof and it looks even better than the original.
