The service was fast and simple. The company is familiar with the neighborhood. I like that they are a small family owned business. They didn't tell me that we couldn't have metallic aluminum finish. They knew they had to be painted, yet didn't tell or ask me. I found out when they put them on the house. They were white and my house is cream colored. Nobody told me there were colors to choose from.

We contacted John through two referrals from neighbors, including one woman who owns several rental properties and has hired John to build and install storm windows several times. He was prompt, courteous, and diligent. He completed the work in only two weeks, including installation, in the middle of winter. We needed to put storm windows on the buildings to cut the draft that was coming through the old wooden windows. Our tenants say the storm windows have cut the draft to zero. They love it. He did great work.
