+ -1 moreI paid the Bonnie and Clyde employee $150 to install the grids and bought the grids for approx. $350. When I spoke to the manager, he said he had nothing to do about the quality of the work since it was performed by an "off duty" employee. He took no responsibility or interest.
Description of Work: We had a problem with the swimming pool D.E. filter, which began blowing D.E. back into the pool. We were told that the filter grids probably needed replaced. I went into the Bonnie and Clyde store and asked the clerk if Bonnie and Clyde had someone that they could recommend to put in new filter grids in our DE filter. The guy at the desk said "sure, I can do it." We set up an appointment and he came out and worked on the filter, installing all new grids. After he left, we started up the pool to discover the problem still existed. We hired another company to come out and see what the problem was and they found out all the grids were broken where the Bonnie and Clyde guy had forced them into place. We had to replace the grids and pay for labor a second time!

Description of Work: INSTALLED POOL AND HELP WITH MAINTENANCE. THEY DO WATER SAMPLES FOR FREE, WHICH IS A PLUS.
