The design of the new flower beds was wonderful. I loved what they did. They worked to meet my budgetary needs while still designing a great product. Trees and everything they said they would take care of were taken care of -- not always on the day promised but usually very close. Totally replaced the Bermuda in the front yard because it was just sad from no sun. Some grass died and some plants died shortly after installation which they promised to replace. That was last fall. The dead grass and plants remain. I signed a contract with them for on-going maintenance for lawn care and flower bed maintenance. The simply never showed up. I called in the spring and in May someone showed up. Took pictures and promised to be out within two weeks to fix it all but then they would drop my business because they were going to move to central and north county only. I can respect that business decision but expected them to finish the job here. It's now been three months and they haven't shown up, won't respond to emails, won't return phone calls. That gets an F in professionalism. If you aren't going to do what you say, have the courtesy to say so and let the homeowner move on. They weren't the cheapest game in town but I prefer supporting the small local business and I paid a little more for that. I loved their concepts and designs and initial installation but after that they were unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend them.
