The rep was awesome - very nice, personable. He was patient with me and had all his fabric samples available. He also gave me great advice about colors and appearances when I asked for it. He gave me his card and said he'd email me in 2-3 days with an estimate and an update.
That was the last I heard from them. That was over three weeks ago. They've completely forgotten about me. I called and left a message twice with their answering service this past week and haven't gotten a call back.
I'm not mad...just sad. Was looking forward to working with them, but very disappointed overall.
