The entire re-installation process did not take as long as anticipated. Black Hawk Doors fixed a problem created by the original installer that the installer could not or chose not to fix.

AS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT, MY FATHER GAVE ME A NEW FRONT-ENTRY DOOR AND GLASS STORM DOOR. ROSS WALKER CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE TO SHOW ME A CATALOG AND MEASURE MY EXISTING DOORS. IT TOOK A WHILE TO ACTUALLY CHOOSE A DOOR BECAUSE I HAD VERY SPECIFIC NEEDS (GLASS INSERT WITH NO CLEAR VIEWS). BECAUSE OF THIS SLIGHT DELAY, IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET A PRICE QUOTE FOR ALL THE SERVICES AND ACTUALLY ORDER THE DOORS. TWO WEEKS LATER, THEY WERE INSTALLED. THE GUYS WHO DID THE INSTALLATION WERE PROMPT, QUICK AND POLITE. THE ONLY SNAG WAS THAT THE WRONG STORM DOOR HAD BEEN ORDERED (IT OPENED TO THE LEFT INSTEAD OF THE RIGHT). BUT WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS, THE WORKERS HAD PICKED UP A NEW STORM DOOR AND INSTALLED IT. THE DOORS LOOK BEAUTIFUL. OF COURSE, NOW MY MOTHER IS MAKING MY FATHER ORDER HER NEW DOORS, TOO. THAT SHOULD GIVE YOU AN INDICATOR OF HOW GOOD EVERYTHING LOOKS!

THE DOOR THAT THEY INSTALLED REALLY LOOKS NICE. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND NEW LEFT ANYTHING BEHIND.
