They arrived very near their predicted time and called ahead to inform me they were on the way. They repair did not take long. I am very pleased with the repair.

The Binswanger staff did an excellent job on our custom shower. Justin worked closely with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Scott and Raul were very professional with the installation and made sure we were pleased with the work as it progressed.

THE REPAIRMAN CAME TO MY HOUSE AT IN THE EVENING ON HIS WAY HOME. HE WAS VERY KIND AND, THOUGH IT WAS LATE, WILLING TO EXPLAIN HIS REPAIR TECHNIQUE IN DETAIL.
