We use Best Pest for monthly pest control and for annual termite inspections. They have always met our expectations. I also use them personally for home monthly service. Again, no problems. So trustworthy that they have a key to my house!

You can get them monthly, quarterly or yearly. They do a very thorough job. We've had extremely good luck with them. My daughter is also using them. Dave is the exterminator. He has a degree in insectology. There is no smell when they get done. For a single shot they charge $95 and for monthly, they charge $39 or $40. We don't know anybody who will do it cheaper or better. They really are good. He doesn't give us an absolute time but he calls before he comes. He can be a little early or a little late depending on the traffic. We will absolutely continue to use them.
