NO DISABLED ACCESSIBLE MOVING Signed with Berger July moved date but moved March 3/14 because we’re disabled and needed to pack all medical equipment supplies plus we color coded each room. Masking tape living room/ kitchen, red & green bedrooms, bathrooms pink & green, back garage orange front attached garage blue. Only 5 wardrobe boxes made it inside house! One was labeled garage. No coded boxes we brought into house! No bathroom or medical supplies that Julie said they weren’t supposed to pack. No shaver, toothbrush. No blood pressure or diabetes lancet. No dog or people food. Dog had seizure 4/2 NO dog medicine that was set aside to pack in wheelchair van. No clothes except coats were in hanging boxes. Cedar chest was put on end in back garage. Only 5 pieces of furniture were brought inside house. Our dresser drawer has been gouged with signs it too had been set on its end without blankets covering. I had blankets but was told they’d use theirs. Not happen. They trapped my husband (using wheelchair 70 years) from entering both garages, from going to food closet we stocked during living in this VA accessible house. Dare to dream remodel contractor financially exploited my husband while I was in COVID COMA. I pulled a plastic tub labeled RED up garage ramp 3/2. I’m disabled with Post Polio/RA. I couldn’t walk-bedridden until Thursday. RA Dr. Pain! I found my bedroom walker jammed 6’ up in garage. Julie answered without concern for disabled. Steven Sprow +1 (512) 924-6094 never answered. He reduced number of packing days and number picture boxes and mover’s dumped our prized picture in wardrobe boxes and dumped whatever else into bottom of boxes with them. Julie +1 (210) 920-3639 only response “you have 6 months to file. Movers said “ we don’t move boxes into houses. “ and LEFT! Movers don’t MOVE INTO HOUSES All color coded boxes dumped into wardrobe boxes stuffed gobs of packing paper! Then stated weight was 4000 pounds more than estimate.

They were great. The crew was excellent all office staff was friendly just a first class operation. They placed my items in storage and I had my items in storage for about four years. Great Company. They are the BMV of moving companies.

They gave me an excellent bid that was the lowest of three. They did excellent service! They spent an extremely long amount of time packing things carefully. We had some big and awkward furniture and they were very careful getting it through doorways. The workers all had great communication and were very polite. The job took longer than expected, but they took as long as needed and finished the job carefully without any complaints. I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to others.

The service was excellent from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly and professional. Everyone includes the handler, the driver and the movers.

Once I had committed with them for the move it was hard to contact them the week of the move. I wanted to pay the bill prior to the move. I wanted them to take a few things off the bill to reduce the amount. The day prior to delivery was when my coordinator got back with me. She was only able to process half the amount on my credit card. When the delivery arrived they said that they couldn't move my belongings until they got the other half of the payment and it had to be a certified check or money order etc.

The movers put my items into the wrong storage unit. It was a bigger storage unit which cost me more money and they refused to move it to the correct unit because they already had most of the items moved into the unit. One of the movers was lazy. The movers delivered some of my stuff to the wrong unit and I am missing all of my clothes. My TV cord came up missing and I put that on my claim form. I got the claim form back today and they said they are not accepting any liability on any of the items that came up missing. The reason they are not accepting an liability is because they said I could have moved the items myself. Without written exceptions they have no way of taking liability for any items. They also left a dining room glass table top behind in the apartment. There were a lot of things they did not add to my inventory sheet.

Update: I have attempted to work with this company to resolve my issues however they denied my claim. The Dallas and Fort Wayne office is not taking any responsibility. This is the worst experience anyone can ever have when your belongings are missing. It is hard for me to believe they did not take my items unless they are very careless by giving them to someone else.

They were wonderful. I received a response from Amanda Adams the next am after my website inquiry. They were able to schedule us for the following Sat (one week out) and she was excellent to deal with in the quote and scheduling process. She was professional and prompt in every action. The movers showed up with 6 men and only took 5 hours to load our belongings and deliver them. Nothing was damaged and they were able to get all of our storage items into one unit rather than two saving us an extra $69 per month. Alfredo Rangel was great and he along with his team did an outstanding job. We will use them again when we move to the next location. Class A company and local team.

It was a great experience from the beginning. Prompt, professional and took great care with our belongings. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were more expensive than the other company that i had contacted, but they were worth it.

I would give them five stars. They were absolutely wonderful. I have moved many times in my life and I have used many services, but these people were professional, friendly and fast. Everything was done on time and I have absolutely no complaints. I think they charged by the mile. The price for the entire move was around $5000 and I felt that it was a fair price. We did the packing and the unpacking.
