Description of Work: We bought 2 futons with top-grade latex mattresses several years ago for our guest rooms. They are fantastic. Beds N More came to our house, built the frames in each room and laid down the mattresses. That was about 7 or 8 years ago. This year, we needed new sofas in the living room, and I wanted cushions that I could easily swap out when they lost their loft but not have to replace an entire sofa. We visited the store and picked out 2 futon frames and futon cushions/covers. The major thing I like is that the frames are made of solid wood. No ticky-tacky construction. I selected the futon cover I wanted and was given a delivery date. The truck arrived on time, and two guys quickly built our futon frames in the living room. Very friendly, very efficient. A few days later, I noticed on the back of one of the futon cushion covers some loops of threads. Closer inspection showed even more loops...stretching across the entire back of the futon cover. We noticed the same thing across the back of the other futon. I called Tim, the manager, and he asked me to send images. I did, and he said he'd get me replacement futons cushions/covers. After Tim spoke to the factory, it turns out that the entire fabric roll had those loops...and the fabric we'd selected was the inside of the fabric and not the outside! The outside was perfect (no thread loops). According to the factory, someone had made the fabric samples so the inside of the fabric showed. Because it was popular, they left it that way. However, it now appears that the inside of that fabric can no longer be used because of the loops in the weaving process. Since Tim lives not far from me, I told him to bring me the fabric samples so I could pick a new one. He did, I picked new fabric and the new futon cushions/covers were delivered personally by Tim. Perfection!
