Grossly overcharged....$1000.00 for less than 4 man hours to replace a large number of pool tiles.

The quality of work was extremely poor. They put the pickets on the wrong side of the fence. Nothing was level. None of the posts were spaced properly. Two months later we discovered that he had punctured my neighbors sewer line and filled it with concrete while setting one of the posts. I had to pay to have all of the wood he installed removed and rebuilt correctly and pay the plumbers bill to repair the damaged sewer line, and he refuses to accept any responsibility for the damage he caused.

"I am sorry that you feel that way about us, but unfortunately once you hired another company to come work on the fence, we have no way of knowing what really happened with the fence. We offered to fix the fence when you fired us from the jobsite even though we put the pickets on the way Mrs. [Member Name Removed] asked, she was worried about people hopping the fence, hence why the rails were on your side. We could have resolved this when you terminated us but you refused to give us a chance. We are sorry that issues arose but we cannot accept responsibility for another company's work. Chris was always available to answer questions. The roofers worked to complete the job quickly, but still provide quality workmanship. I am very satisfied with the job performed, as well as the customer service.
