Carpet Cleaning
Terrible. Tim used the wrong type of cleaning chemicals and completely destroyed my carpet. I had to pay over $2100 to have the carpeting completely replaced. On top of all this, he also cracked the ceramic tile when he was attempting to repair the carpet near a doorway.

Carpet One had carpet equal in quality to, if not better than, another company, the other contractor we considered, and at a comparable price. Carpet One's measurements were more accurate than the other company by around 10%. Jody at Carpet One is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The carpet is of great quality at a fair price, and the installers did their jobs quickly and professionally.

FLOORS INC. STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL IN PICKING OUT THE SAMPLE. THEY ORDERED A LARGER SAMPLE FOR A FEW OF THE CARPETS THAT I CHOSE. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY QUICK AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
