Audrey Barree of Century 21 A Barree Co. was our real estate agent. She was very friendly, easy to work with, and knowledgeable about market values and how to prepare a house to sell. We asked her to suggest a price for our property and even though I thought it was a little high, she was correct. We had three offers within five days at or close to the full price. After a few of the offers backed out, within about a week we accepted an offer and closed about a month later. Audrey kept us informed every step of the way and was very accessible to us if we had any questions. We were very satisfied.
