On late Friday afternoon, I sent emails for sprinkler system repairs I needed. H2O called me right away and said they could do the work on Saturday or Monday. I'm retired and this wasn't an emergency, so I said next week would be okay. They called Saturday morning and said someone could be there before noon. The crew got to my house in south Irving mid-morning, replaced the broken head and adjusted some heads I hadn't even mentioned -- all well before noon. The total bill was less than just the labor charge of my last provider, and the whole transaction was completed in under 24 hours! I was very pleased my sister helped me find them, and would definitely use this company again or recommend them. I had failed to mention a coupon when requesting service (a requirement). When I asked if I could still get it, they explained very nicely and completely that they couldn't do it and why.Susan Vaughn
