Called for an estimate and time. They were very reasonable and scheduled a day quickly. Was greeted promptly and courteously when I arrived. They showed me what they were doing and finished the job in under 2 hours. The finished work looks great. Will use again when need arises

The one seat cost $550.00 for complete replacement of the leather on the seat and back of seat. The new headliner cost $250.00.
The car took much longer than stated to do the work. There was very poor attention to detail. This was evident when I went to pick the car up after being told it was ready for me.The seat had not been placed back correctly as it moved and jiggled
before being securely bolted down. Had to point this out to even though
car was supposedly ready to go.
The headliner was left extremely dirty around the sun roof area and had seams showing. I was told to buy a bottle of clear Windex and clean this area myself !  The roof lights above the visors also kept falling out as they would not securely stay in the new headliner. Also, the headliner was not tacked correctly on both sides of the rear of the car and was never properly secured.The owner did offer to fix this problem saying it would take a few hours for his crew to fix the problem. Unfortunately, my car was involved in an accident and I have not been able to return to the provider.
I had to bring the car back about four times and the work was still not performed satisfactorily and I had to travel about 30 minutes one way on each trip.
I believe that this small company has taken on more than it can deal with. The quality of service that I read about on Angie's list and which induced me to try them is long gone. I would try several other companies first if you are interested in having the job done correctly the first time. This just is not the place to go for upholstery or headliner repair at this time.

We were given an estimate on the spot and was able to bring our car in the next morning. They finished our car on time and the workmanship was excellent. The color MATCHED VERY WELL.

Upholstered my seats, door panels, shift boot and ebrake handle on my BMW. Very professional and always did a good job. if not satisfied, they make it right.

The driver's seat on my car had part of the metal frame extending through the seat where the foam padding had failed. I used a pillow whenever I drove to cover it.  Even then it was uncomfortable.
I took the car to their shop on Friday afternoon for an estimate.  John said to expect $250.00 and the repair would take about six hours. I scheduled to bring it over and said I would have to wait while it was repaired.  I was there on Monday for only about 3 1/2 hours and the cost was only $200.
The repair makes the seat back look and FEEL like new.  The fabrics are an excellent match. Its now very comfortable.

Autoupholstryneeds was not the lowest bidder on our job, but we selected them because (1) they work with leather and vinyl every day and (2) because they were relatively close to our home.  I met with John at his pace of business and explained what I wanted done: the recovering on ten RV cushions using marine vinyl furnished by us.  We agreed on a price and I brought him the cushions and the vinyl.  I gave him a date when the RV would be needed next, and told him that if he didn't get to my job before then, I would just pick up the cushions, we would use them "as is" for that little trip and then bring them back.  I told John that I was much more interested in his quality than my schedule!
Well, the job was completed well ahead of the "need date," and the quality of workmanship was excellent... using them for this job was a great decision!

I was very impressed with the quality and timeliness of the job.  John told me he would have each seat done in one day and true to his word the work was accomplished on time and it was a quality job.  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto upholstery work done on their vehicle.

They did a fantastic job. James didn't have BMW leather in stock, but managed to find some so that the repairs match the existing upholstery almost perfectly. They completed all repairs in one day and had the car ready for me at the end of the day with the leather looking brand new. Their repair estimate was a far better deal than another upholsterer I checked with who wanted to replace all the leather in the back seat to repair the popped seams/hardened leather. Great work at a fair price -- I'd go back any time.

I disassembled 1 of the barstools and took the cushions and the fabric I had selected to this company for an estimate. I accepted the estimate and delivered the other cushions (2 cushions per chair, 4 chairs). The work was performed promptly. When I tried to reassemble the chairs, I couldn't get the screws to go in the screw holes. I took the cushions back. They found the problem and fixed it without any hesitation. James is both personable and professional. I have had him replace a couple of headliners in my cars, and he recovered the cushions on my dining room chairs, also.
