ATLAS MECHANICAL

This is a contract company for my Home Warranty company. My air conditioner went out Friday morning of Memorial weekend. I call the Home Warranty company at 7:00 am Friday morning I was given a number to call if I didn't hear from the company in one hour. I called at 8:00 am, Rocky (person taking calls) said that he would call me back within the hour to let me know when someone would be out. I live outside of Fort Worth and the temp was going to be 96 that day. I called again at 9:30 because I had not heard from him, I explained I had a medical condition that required the need for the air conditioning. He started yelling, "Who is going to pay the emergency rate of $120.00 an hour." I told him I would if it would get someone out that day. He said he was on the phone with the Home Warranty company and would call me back within the hour. Two hours later I called him, I was told no one would be out until Tuesday and he didn't know when on Tuesday. By then my husband had left work and was on his way home. Thank God he is a jack of all trades and can fix anything. He went out to the unit got some numbers and headed off to buy a motor. I called Atlas Mechanical at 2:00 pm and received a voicemail. Evidently the office had closed for the weekend. I left a voicemail to let Rocky know to forget coming on Tuesday. He was very unprofessional. I can't believe anyone would go into the business knowing they will have to work in the summer months in Texas. There are too many people not working today. I am thinking of cancelling my Home Warranty, they told me I should expect hot weather living in Texas.
