 + -1 moreEVEN THOUGH IT TOOK 2 TIMES TO CALL ATLANTIC OUT TO FIX THE FREON LEAK, THEY FINALLY FIXED IT TO OUR SATISFACTION. MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY COULD NOT TELL ME BEFORE THEY CAME OUT IF THE PROBLEM WOULD BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. SINCE THE WET CARPET AND SQUEAKY NOISE WERE CAUSED BY PROBLEMS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, WE HAD TO PAY $69. PER VISIT. IF I HAD KNOWN THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE CALLED THEM. THE NEXT TIME I CALL THEM, IT WILL ONLY BE IN AN EMERGENCY.
Description of Work: WE CALLED ATLANTIC OUT SEVERAL TIMES REGARDING OUR AIR CONDITIONER. THE TWO TIMES THEY HAD NOT INSTALLED IT CORRECTLY AND THE FREON LEAKED OUT (BEFORE WE EVER USED IT), THEN WE CALLED THEM WHEN THE FLOOR STARTED GETTING WET IN FRONT OF THE UNIT AND FINALLY, WE CALLED THEM BECAUSE OUR NEW UNIT WAS MAKING SQUEAKING NOISES WHEN IT STOPPED.
