Mauro was very professional and knowledgeable. He came out quickly and finished my AC work promptly even though it needed a lot of work. I have recommended him to my mom, other family members, and friends. Very satisfied with the job he did.

Pleasantly surprised. I called Saturday morning and was able to set an appointment for that day at 2:00. Maro arrived 10 minutes early and finished the job in about 20 minutes. I was afraid it was going to take all day and cost me an arm and a leg. Maro was very professional and helpful. I would definately use Assure Cool Air and Heat again if I need cooling or heating repair again.

Had called another company and scheduled appointment and they did not call or show. After calling another company and leaving a voice message with no return call, I called Assure and the phone was answered by Mauro. He was able to come the same day working it into my schedule. When he arrived, he explained the process and told me what he would do. He then came back in and told me what he found and what he needed to do. The part that needed to be replaced was covered under a warranty and he
took care of all of that. Very pleasant experience. I will use them again for any air/heat issue we have in the future and highly recommend.

Central air was causing electric bill to exceed $300 a month this summer. We had used Assure Cool Air and Heat earlier this month at our daughters house and has mentioned our sons high electric bill. Assure made an appointment, they checked son's ac units and found them very dirty. They removed the covers and thoroughly cleaned both units. Then they went in the attic and inspected both units and even checked the drainage on both units. They then gave a free estimate on installing the new outside lighting and gave us the name of a licensed electrician that they highly recommended. They then checked out a concern with the electrical panel in the garage. The 2 men were at the house over 2 hours and addressed the 3 concerns we had. This company did an excellent job and their refrigerator magnet will be displayed for years to come.

Goodman unit was making extreme noise. Nieghbors even complaining. We just reieved a door hanger with Assure Cool Air and Heating advertising. We called them up, they arrived on the same day. They spent a long time trying to find the cause of the noise. After seaching for the cause,they found a crack in the outside fan, further inspection revealed severe oil leave from the fan motor as well. They had to drive to two different supply depots to get the parts needed, the parts were located and the work was finished the same day. After installation was complete, they went through both units, upstairs and downstairs, inside and out, releved the outside units needed leveling and coolent. Mauro and Benny worked 4 hours. The charge was extremely reasonble. We are 100 percent pleased and confident that the job was performed above our expectation. We will highly recommend them.

I had a major leak in my a/c system, and received a very high quote to repair it, and was considering my options when I got a door hanger ad which included an ad from Assure. I gave them a call and they came out very quickly. Their prices quoted were very reasonable. They explained to me what they were going to do and answered my questions. The other company rep instead tried to make the process as opaque as possible and gave very wide ranges in his estimate. The job was completed quickly and professionally. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Their refrigerator magnet is up just in case my system needs repair inthe future (and I know it will).
