AC was struggling to get my house below 80 degrees during the summer days. I called them Monday afternoon to schedule an appointment, and their guy showed up Tuesday morning. The lady in the office gave me heads up call about 15 minutes before their guy got there. He did a thorough check of my system - didn't find anything seriously wrong other than dirty coils on my outside AC unit. Also told me that it may be a little undersized for my house. He cleaned the coils. The whole visit took about 30 minutes. Overall, happy with the experience.

Service call. Very good customer service very nice employee. I was called before service man came and he came right on time! Service call was 89.00 plus any repairs but I did use the coupon and that saved me 25.00!! We also had a salesman Chase come out to give us a bid on replacing unit. He also was right on time and very professional. I received the bid by email the very next morning. A breath of fresh air to find a company who cares about customer service. Kudos too to the lady that calls to confirm appts etc. she is also A+++. We are considering the bid at this time and will do a follow up review.

Excellent from start to finish! Salesman on time and very proffesional. Explained all the details and what we could expect, what exactly will be done and when. Price was thousands below nearest competitor. Installation went flawless, crew on time, worked fast and very efficiently. Overall extremely pleased!

I was not very impressed with this company. The price is great but the quality isn?t. I will not use this company again in the future.

I have also used AH for years and wouldn't call anyone else. When I first moved in my house, the air conditioner went out and I called a couple of companies to come take a look. They all told me I needed a new system and tried to give me the hard sale. I said thanks, but no thanks. I looked at the part in the house and saw it was originally installed by AH. I checked to see if they were still in business and yes, they were. I called for an appointment. They came out and said the previous owners dog fur was all over the coils which caused them to freeze over. He said he could take the coils out and clean them but could not guarantee if it would work or how long. It's been a few years, but I think it was around $100. He cleaned the coils and replaced the metal drip pan. It worked and worked for many years until I finally replaced the unit. When I did, I called AH and two other companies for bids. AH came in with the best bid and got the job. When the air conditioner went out this year, I called AH. The technician was on time, very professional and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. I really respect them for being honest and not trying to take advantage of a female homeowner.

I've used A H for years to keep my old system going. Always found them to have the best service and price. When it came time to replace my system, I contacted them for a quote. They provided me with the best quote (after and initial error - which they corrected). The install went smoothly and was completed in half a day.

It went well. Their price is average.

It was very good. They did what they said they were going to do and we didn?t have any problems.

They were excellent, and our experience with them was very good. We haven?t used them in a while because we don?t use them here at this house. We would have continued to use them if we were still living in the other house.

Their bid was competitive, their service was prompt and they cleaned up after themselves beautifully. Their salesperson who came out with the bid was very pleasant and informative and gave me alot of options to choose from. I was very pleased.

My experience with them was very good. They came on time and cleaned up after themselves. They are still in the process of completing the work, but they have been very good so far.

They just did the job 2 weeks ago, but so far, so good. The people who installed the units were very good and were efficient and professional. They cleaned up well after themselves when they left. Made a follow up call to be sure everything was good.

I moved into my new home in July 2003. It had a Trane heat pump for air conditioning and heating. My heating bill double in January and I call TXU and had them check the meter reading. When they confirmed that it was correct I called Arthur Hagar A/C and Heating to come check out my unit. My daughter had used them before and thought that they were great, so I called them. The parts were all under warranty and I was only charged for the labor.

Excellent. I called with a problem and had a bit of difficulty scheduling a visit by the company, but they provided phone advice to enable us to wait until the scheduled time for repair. Technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quickly, offered excellent advice and worked with me to get on a regular, scheduled maintenance plan. The company now provides reminders so I avoid future issues.

Arthur maintains our systems for us and he is really, really good. He also installed the systems previously. He does new home construction as well and he runs a very good service department. He seems really professional. It is a big company and they have been in business a very long time. The reason I give a B is because I do not know if anyone really gets and A.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The men there were so supportive. They actually helped me bring an old hot water heater outside, so that my husband wouldn't have to do it. They are very professional and courteous to a degree rarely seen in most contractors these days and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

I went with this company because they originally installed the unit for this house. They seem to do a good job maintaining it for me. I do normally make the appointment myself for this service. The ladies that work in the office are very nice and helpful too. You also receive preferred treatment and discounts on parts when you have a contract with them.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND ON TIME EVEN THOUGH IT WAS WARRANTY WORK.
