Arrow Exterminators - Fort Worth

We had Arrow out to install termite protection at our home. The tech destroyed our sprinkler system, severing a pipe causing a leak and severing the sprinkler electrical line in three places. Our contact, Alex, told us to have a plumber come out to diagnose and repair the issue, and Arrow would reimburse us the cost of the plumber. We've been told the check is in the mail multiple times but it has all been lies, and we are still trying to get reimbursed 4 months later. Alex had now ghosted us after we asked for his boss's contact information. Steer clear of this shady company!

It was fine. They are very punctual and we have no problems with their service. I think they're a little pricy. Their pesticides aren't as effective.

We used Pete, of Arrow Exterminators, for our Termite inspection when buying our house. He showed up on time, was incredibly thorough and explained all aspects of his findings (actual lack of findings to be honest) with me. I liked that not only did he do the work himself, but he drew out the house outline and marked all details for potential problems in the future, and how to keep an eye on specific areas. 
I have discussed ongoing pest control pricing with him, and plan to use his company in the future for routine maintenance.

It went well. He checked the traps, reported his findings, & gave me a receipt for the service.

The company told me when they would be at my house (within a
one hour window!), showed up on time, and solved the problem (ants) with an
outside spraying. The representative was neatly attired, very respectful and
offered a good suggestion.  What is not to like?

I've had them since I've lived in this town. They're good. I like them. I didn't pay them anything today because I pay an annual fee for termite stuff. He said everything is as fine as can be. They're wonderful. I will continue to use them.

This company is unethical, in my opinion.  My elderly mother has dementia and they suckered her into paying for MONTHLY pest control over 5 years ago.  I hate to think of the thousands of dollars they scammed her out of.  When she had a stroke, I saw the bills and immediately called the office to cancel the service.  A month later, when Mom had just gotten home from the hospital, some guy turns up at her house and demands $100.  Mom handed him the money, since she can remember very little from day to day. 
I'm appalled at these crooks taking advantage of elderly people this way.  If they turn up at Mom's house again, the care givers have been instructed to call the police.

It worked and I haven't had a problem with anything. When we first moved into the house, we had ants and we had animals coming in, and it has pretty much been taken care of. They do what they say the product is going to do. They are prompt, they remind me of the appointments, and they are always here when they say they're going to be here.

They have been very attentive, and they were very responsive when we called them for a fire ant problem. It's been one of the few that has worked out well.

They were professional, explained everything to me unlike the company I've used before.

The new technician is great because he isn't scared of our dogs. He is very good at suggesting things that we can do to help. He is prompt and friendly. We have been using them for years and will continue to do so.
