I have had experiences with window people in the past and almost every time they try to sell you something. These guys came out and were so personable and worked very h****** this old window that had been caulked by someone in the past. He had to remove all the caulk, which was a huge and frustrating job, but they did it with a smile and they didn't attempt to charge me more than they would if it was an easy fix. I like to oversee things which frustrates some people, but he made me feel like I was a long time friend and we had a great conversation while he just worked away! These guys are really great!
