Jeff arrived slightly later than scheduled, but called ahead to notify me of delay. I was not inconvenienced. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He addressed my problem, was honest, and reliable. Other A/C service companies in the past had told me to buy another unit, rather than diagnose problem. My A/C is working properly now, and while I know it will need to be replaced in the future, I also know that when I call again, I will be treated fairly. I will definitely use Arctic Air solutions again.

They come almost immediately when I've called them. They have a great customer service department. The serviceman was professional and courteous. He didn't make a mess in my home. I've been very happy with their service.

JAYSON CAME ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON, AFTER OUR A/C WENT OUT. HE GAVE AN ESTIMATE THAT WAS $500.00 LESS THAN THE PREVIOUS ESTIMATE, AND CAME BACK ON SUNDAY TO INSTALL IT. HE WAS ON TIME, BOTH TIMES, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE. WE WILL CERTAINLY USE HIM, AGAIN, FOR MAINTENANCE ON THE UNIT.
