Water Softener Service
The reverse osmosis was installed and later serviced by Johnny Singletary, who simply rinsed off old filters and did not replace. Water softener quit working 2 months ago and they will not answer or return calls. I have left about 5 messages and have called over a dozen times. If they have not gone out of business, I think they should. No one else seems to know how to work with this unusual system.
