Ricardo showed up within an hour or so of when I called to replace the heating element in my Kenmore Dryer. He was very polite, efficient and vacuumed up dryer lint. Great job.

We had a "noisy" fan in the freezer portion of the refrigerator. The Tech was prompt to review and diagnose the source of the issue. The drain for the freezer was plugged and ice had accluminted behind the walls of the freezer section. He disassembled - cleared the ice & unplugged the drain tube. We were seriously grateful for the repairs that has resolved the issue and will bring them in again when / if we have any appliance issues that we need assistance resolving. A huge Thank You for the services done.

Great experience and a reasonable rate. Christy was very helpful (and patient with me) on the initial phone call and Ricardo the technician was prompt and friendly and did a great job fixing my washing machine in no time flat. If something else breaks, I will use them again.

We live in the DFW area and like a lot of Texans, had extensive flood damage in our home. The water removal company tried to bring in one of their companies to evaluate the damage to our appliances and were fully prepared to take advantage of our situation by overcharging us all they could. Based on reviews I read on this site, I called Appliance Busters instead. They promptly showed up, gave a trustworthy evaluation of our appliances, hauled off the destroyed ones for free and even moved some of them out of the flooded house to an area where we could use them. To top it off, their fee was more than reasonable. I plan on calling them for any future needs and would recommend them to everyone.

The company called me early in the morning to verify the appointment then called me 30 min prior to arriving at the house. Repairman repaired the dryer in and the charges were less than I had expected

Appliance Buster Service Company called me immediately and came out to fix the appliance in less than 24-hours. That kind of service is rare. In the past when I had an issue the wait time from other companies was anywhere from a few days to over a week. I wish I had been aware of this company in the past so I could have received high quality work in a very quick time frame. Other companies could learn from Appliance Buster in terms in terms of customer service.
