The entire experience, from start to finish, was fantastic. They did the work exactly as promised and cleaned up the entire area when completed.

This is an updated review.  Mr. Darrell Anderson, the business owner, personally came and addressed my concerns about the materials used on my roof. I paid out-of-pocket to upgrade the shingles to high-impact Grade 4 shingles because State Farm supposedly offers a premium discount on your homeowner policy.  As best I can tell, Anderson did provide State Farm the necessary information for my application for a premium discount, but State Farm rejected it (my beef will now be with State Farm).  He provided me with a copy of the actual materials order, the GAF warranty on the shingles and a copy of the registration by Anderson to GAF..

Everything went PERFECT. Best roofing company I've ever done business with in my entire life. Their prices were very reasonable. They scheduled the roof removal and replacement and finished everything in 1 day. They had their own engineer so we didn't have to wait for someone to come inspect the roof during the replacement for the Texas Windstorm Certificate. Their engineer did everything. It all went smoothly.

Our two primary contacts, Mike and Brittany, were fairly diligent about explaining how the  process works with insurance companies (SLOWLY) and also returning our calls promptly.
Once the funds were in their hands, almost all repairs were done fairly quickly as outlined and to our general satisfaction.
Our main criticism was that, once the job was mostly completed,  it took an extra 10 or 12 weeks for them to install the skylights and screens.

Darrel was a consummate professional. We actually found Darrell through Angie's List and took him up on a deal for a roofing inspection leak sealing. We already knew we had leaks, so basically the inspection part was moot. We have a VERY HIGH roof and that has caused many roofers to turn down the job. When Darrel and his crew arrived on site, the leaks were confirmed as leaking vent pipe boots and since all my neighbors homes were built around the same time, they also had the same issues. Darrel quickly put together a group rate for all of us and completed the work in a timely fashion. Kudos to his crew who actually got up on the 40+ foot roof of our homes in the rain and freezing cold. I would use Anderson Restoration for more work in the future, as a matter of fact, I'm waiting on a quote for him to build my patio.

Overall, they did a good job. I’m in a conservation district so they had to get some special permits; they went through the extra trouble to do that.
