Carl and his crew installed a pool cover for us in October. It started collecting water and sagging and he said I need to install floats but he never sent me any floats or let me pick them up. He is always too busy. The floats should of been installed when the cover was installed. My wife and I took the cover off for the summer and I asked him over text if I need to lubricate the anchor screws before tightening them down. Then he went crazy and replied “Look mother fuc****! Don’t fuc**** text me or call me again. Call my god damned office if you need help.” What type of owner talks to their customers like that? Don’t text your customers from your personal cell phone and then cuss them out for texting you back.
