Good Provider-They are very good with scheduling and adding follow-up treatments as needed.

I think the one that I used is probably a little expensive but they're reliable, I don't have any pest problems. I think they do a good job. I think it's probably a little higher than what I'd like to pay considering they come out quarterly but their work is guaranteed so I guess if I saw something, they'd come out. I've never had to call them out again.

We have an annual contract with them and we don't have any problems. We've used them for probably 10 years and we have been perfectly satisfied. If we notice anything in particular they will treat that. They are always very professional and prompt. They come when they said they are coming. They do their thing and they leave. We don't have bugs. We haven't compared their prices but we guess they are fine.

I found out it was cheaper to just go get spray from the store and do it yourself but I do use them. I've had them for years. We spend $40, it's not that expensive. It's just basic, no specialty, no termites. It's fine, it's okay. I believe the only thing we've ever used them was when we had fire ants but other than that, we've never just used them for anything else but just basic spray house once every quarter. I'm not crazy about them but they are okay. They have a high turnover and so you don't get the same people and sometimes they're faster than others so I just kind of started doing it myself. I have a large house and when they come in with the chemicals, it's not a whole lot. I'll still use them but if I had something that's major, I'll probably find somebody more professional. If I had termites, I don't know if I would use them.

We have used Ameritech Pest Control since 2007. I have always been satisfied with this company's professionalism, their punctuality and their procedures. I wish I did not have to use a pest service at all but I trust that their product is safe for children and I trust that they are using the smallest amount of chemical to keep unwanted pests out of my home. On two occasions I have had bees and wasps infesting my home and Bill (their bee guy) has come in and handled the situation. Bill is the only guy that I want for this type of job. I trust their guys and I trust the family run company. The son of the owner, Chase, calls me each year. I wish their prices were lower but the prices are comparable to other companies. I will continue to use only Ameritech Pest Control for my home.

I really like them.  I have used others that didn't get the job done but these people do a good job.  I have them on a regular service; they come every ninety days all the time.  I paid for a two year contract with them and it was very reasonable compared to others.  They got did of an ant problem that I had which others didn't get rid of.  The others treated and it seemed like it was getting rid but it didn't.  Ameri-Tech got rid of the ant problem.  They are great.  They do a way better job than anybody else and they were much more reasonably priced.

It was a good experience.  The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.  For the price the services provided are decent, but I have since found better deals.  Very responsive to follow-up visits when any issues have arisen.  Do a thorough job.  Customer service needs a little bit of education on what the contract includes and requires of the customers but otherwise, have been happy.

Update Mar. 2014:  After being with this company for almost a year now if we had to do it over again we would not choose this company for pest control service.  There are plenty of pest control providers in the area and just being able to spray your home isn't going to put you on top.  At first they were doing fine but once our contract was paid off, the problems started.  So it looks like once they get your money the service quality drops.

Problems:  Have had to call twice in the last 5 months to remind them that they hadn't come when they promised.  We have gone an entire month or more with no visits or even a call from them and have had to call them to ask why they hadn't come according to their contract each time.  I have to wonder if they would have EVER come if we hadn't called.  Their response has always been an excuse such as the weather was bad so they got a "little" behind.  Unfortunately, the weather had been great the second time they didn't come around.  Once we called they did promise to send someone to come.  The tech was a couple days late the first time and came the day promised the second time but we were told the tech would stop by "anytime during the day" without calling first or making an appointment for a specific, or even a general, time to stop by.

With the price they charge we can get more services and better quality service from a competitor which we will be doing once the contract expires. 

I signed up a contract with them.  I had to leave and my mom had to talk to him.  I sent a request on line and they contacted the very next early morning so I was pretty happy about that.  They did what I asked them to do.  They sprayed the house and everything was fine and they will be back after two months.  They are pretty on the spot; they were here when they said they would be.  They are very responsive.  The quality was super.

We've used them for a long time. We've used them for years and we're very satisfied with them. It's been really good. We've just not had any problems at all. They gave very good service.

Fort Worth Texas Pest Control did good. Normally, we don't have any pests anymore here. Occasionally, we'll have some ants, but since we've been using them, I really don't have any problems with pests. I like them because they're punctual and I don't have bugs.

When I made the appointment I was given a two-hour window and the Technician, Guy, arrived within half an hour of the beginning of that window.  He walked around the property to observe the types of insects we were experiencing and described the methods he would be using to rid us of them.  He was very thorough and his work took approximately an hour.  There was no odor from the treatment material.  Within a couple of hours of his departure the stinging insects were dead or had moved on to somewhere else.  I fully expect the quarterly regimine of treatment to keep us bug and wasp-free.  Guy was professional and clearly very knowledgeable.  We will request that Ameri-Tech schedule our quarterly maintenance when he is personally available to provide it.
