The plasterwork had brown spots, uneven spots, blistering from the beginning. We did as we were told as to brushing the surface in the first weeks and were told that it took a while for the plaster to cure and that the brown spots would go away on their own. They did not.We were also assured that All Tex would come back out and sand down any irregularities. They did, but we were out of town  at the time and when we came home we thought nothing had been done, it looked exactly the same as we had left it.After some effort in contacting them they did come back out and sanded down the offending spots and rough areas, and some cracks that have also appeared on the pool steps. They assure me they are not "cracks" but they seem to be, as, over time, grit gathers there and magnifies their size. Brushing them down makes them less noticeable but I am concerned that they may be a future problem. All Tex has assured me I can call them and have them come back out to take care of this if needed.

Kerry Blunier is the guy we dealt with. They referred us to a tile company here in Dallas. I went and picked some tiles. The gunite color is a Caribbean blue. It’s just beautiful. I was at their store yesterday. The guy said he was coming out around 2:30 or 3 o’clock. I looked up and there he was. The price was about $8000 to $10000 for the job and that was the turnkey. It was for the pool and the pool deck. We thought the price was worth. They were very professional. They came in and got the work done on time. I have recommended them to others as well.
