Extremely TERRIBLE. On day of our scheduled appointment of 8:30am on 5 July 2006, Installers never showed up. Called company and they relunctantly sent out installers at 12:00 noon. The tile installers DAMAGED our Vanity cabinet and later that evening, a "tuck and tack" installer finished the job. That "tuck and tack" job was terrible and he cut the carpet too short. Work was not as described when I purchased tile. This company's Manager does not keep his promises and commitments, refuses to return phone calls. With out a doubt, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. Still trying to get a contractor to repair some of the damages.
