While the man way very nice and tried very hard, I don't think that what I hired him to do was really what He does best.

Needed to retrieve vital data from a computer that had crashed.Took it in one evening, got it back the next day.

He was very professional. Not only did he fix my computer, but he recommended antivirus software and other things. He gave me choices between three softwares. I was impressed with his services.

I dropped off my home unit with Ed at my office, and have a spare there as well which needed a CD burner installed. Other computer "experts" told me that installing a burner would be too much expense and trouble. Ed is very good at what he does and does not talk down to you. He tells you what he is doing, and doesn't mind doing a little extra for you; in fact, he didn't even charge me anything for installing the CD burner in my extra desktop, which he already had a few of; he just said "the bill is already filled out, NC". He will install a few virus hunter programs, and meticulously hunt up the processes running on your unit to discover which one is malware. I felt his prices are quite reasonable, and he will tell you when it would pay to just buy a new one. I would recommend him, and have used him again with good results. He didn't even know what Angie's List was.

While working on my grandson's computer, he found a problem with his DVD drive. He said, "I have some of those on my desk. I'll be in this area Monday and I'll come by and put it in for him." He was here about 6 hours and only charged me $160.00. Over the weekend, I managed to mess up my computer and my (refurbished) wireless adapter was going off and on. He called Monday on his was to bring the DVD drive (which he gave and installed free), and I told him about my computer. On his way, he bought a new wireless adapter, installed it and it is working perfectly. He fixed the mess that I had made. He was here 2 or 3 hours and only charged $50 + the cost of the adapter. This man does excellent work. In contrast to the impersonal service I expect from big companies, he reminds me of the kind of service you get in a small town where everybody knows everybody. I highly recommend him and will certainly call him for any future computer service.

HE CALLED BEFORE HE CAME, AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. HE WAS GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM, AND WHEN I GET A NEW COMPUTER, I AM GOING TO USE THIS COMPANY. HE WAS GOOD TO EXPLAIN, AND EDUCATE ME ON UPGRADING MY COMPUTER SYSTEMS. HE HAD A REASONABLE PRICE, AND DID NOT CHARGE FOR AFTER HOURS SERVICE. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS, AND PATIENT ABOUT EXPLAINING WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND WHAT HE IS RECOMMENDING (PROS AND CONS). HE ALSO FIXED IT SO I CAN ACCESS MY EMAIL WHILE I AM WAITING FOR A NEW COMPUTER. HE WAS EXCELLENT.

HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HE IS GOOD AT FINDING THE BEST DEAL.
