They took over the selling of our home when the previous realtor company did not perform the way we expected them to do. When we hired them they had a plan, told us how long it was going to take to sell the home. We had a open house, which we never had with the other realtor. They were accessible at all times.

It went very well.  We contacted Amy Lilly from personal recommendations, and have been very satisfied.  She's been holding our hands all through the process (we close on Aug 30).
From the first, we were very comfortable with Amy.  She came to the house , explained who she was, and who Alexander Chandler realty is.  She gave us a market comparison, and explained in detail just how she would market our home:  Traditional newspaper, open house, national and local real estate web sites, numerous social media outlets, etc.  She did a complete walk-through of the home, and made several suggestions about needed fixes, ways to "stage" the house, etc.  She also explained everything we needed to know about how the buyer presentations (walk-throughs) would work.  Finally, she helped us determine an asking price, based on the current market (actually about $10,000 more than I thought the house would go for).
We had interviewed other agents, but felt most comfortable that Amy would work the hardest to get our home sold, and get what we were asking!
Over the next few days, the home was shown to at least 10 prospective buyers, and we had 2 offers on day 10!  After a bit of negotiating, we settled on one, and started the waiting process.  During this entire time, Amy held our hands, made sure we got any needed documents or amendments quickly, and kept us informed of progress (or lack thereof, at times).
It looks like everything is finally done, and we will be closing in 3 days.

I was helping my sister and brother in law find a house. They were in Virginia and I was here in Fort Worth Texas. Kathy has been great to work with.
