Alan is a one man shop who works out of his home in Monticello, and has over 30 years of experience in the Fort Worth market. My wife and I are hard to please, but he was very patient with us and continued to offer suggestions and take us around to look even though we turned many, many houses down. When we finally did find our dream house in a highly desirable area, he acted immediately. He showed and prepared a contract for us in less than 12 hours, made the offer in person the next morning, and had the contract approved in less than 24 hrs. Because we so loved the house, and because it had had a price drop, we thought of offering full price. He advised against it and suggested a serious offer price he felt would be accepted.
