"We are SO sorry for the experience you had! I looked at your account to try and determined what happened on our end and wanted to share my findings. Your issue was with wasps and we serviced your duplex on 4/6 by one of our lead technicians. We have digital chemical tracking in our trucks and I pulled up the chemical usage during this 4/6 visit and all the correct chemicals were used. Our wasp and flying insect services currently do not come with a warranty. However, you hired us a year before for the same service and for whatever reason that technician offered you a 60 day warranty; so we agreed to honor that same service and provide you with a 60 day warranty. The reason why we don't warranty flying insects is because they can fly on your property at anytime and if we aren't regularly treating your property, there's no treatment product in place to target them. Depending on the weather/heat/sun our treatment products do break down on a molecular level after a certain period of time. You called us on 6/11 to come back out and treat for wasps again, this was past your 60 day warranty. I pulled the recorded call and our office manager was kind and polite through the entire conversation. She even offered to send a technician out there to treat your duplex again for half the price. We greatly appreciate your business and we were honored to provide you a 60 day warranty (even though we don't offer warranty on flying insects).
