They did poor workmanship. They have no pride at all. Their work was awful. They didn't clean up at all. They didn't even put in a corner post in order to finish the rest. We had 80 feet of fencing that needed to be torn out. The sales associate quoted us $700 to tear this out. We found another company to take it out. We told Anthony (Lowes store manager) that we were going to have the rest of the fence torn in. The guy comes back to put in 135 feet of the fence. They asked if I wanted to use the same people we used before. Stan told me it was always $3 per linear foot for a tear out, which is $250. We looked at the fence that was installed and they put the gate on incorrect. They put the latch on the outside of the gate. We tried to open the fence gate and it would only open 3 feet. The nails are busting out of the post because they were put in too close from the edges. The put the pickets too far apart of each other. The guy who put in the fence offered to us that he would install the remaining 135 feet for free if we would keep the bad fence. The area installer told me to shut up and I told him the fence was wrong. They didn't even bury the post deep enough We are waiting on the product to come in. Once this is delivered we will have the fence torn out and have it redone. After I complained the store manager said he found someone "willing" to come out and install the new fence. They should have installed the fence correctly to begin with. The store manager told me to keep the fence and he would take $1500 off the bill. I told him no way. If we had a strong wind the fence wouldn't last a year! He told me that I signed a completion and satisfaction form.
