I ordered the shelves on Tuesday and they were ready for pickup on Friday. They were much nicer than I thought they would be and the customer service was excellent.

Ajax glass was recommended by a friend so I contacted them directly. Getting someone to respond through email was a pain but it worked out. Once everything was scheduled it went fine, they arrived on time and took measurements the technicians were polite. Afterwards getting someone to contact me back with a final price was a pain but once it was scheduled again they arrived on time and were quick and polite. Price wise Ajax was in the middle of several quote I received, but all the quotes were fairly close.

The two men that came out both times were great.  Very friendly and did a great job.  The quality of the window is great.
Only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the amount of time it took to order and schedule the 2nd visit.  I initially called to get an estimate on 5/30, got the measurements on 6/4 and it was installed on 6/22.  Was hoping for a shorter time without a working window, but was over all happy!

The first install went well but a small chip appeared after a couple of weeks. At first I was afraid we had caused it accidentally but decided it might actually be due to an installation problem and gave them a call. They sent an evaluator out who determined it was their fault and they replaced it perfectly a day or two later. Super fast, very trustworthy company with good pricing.

They are also working on another custom glass project for my theater.  Got a call that the order was in today, again....ahead of schedule!
Great people, great prices, great crews!  I've had nothing but positive experiences with them!  Looking forward to working with them again in the near future!

I needed a glass top insert cut for an antique coffee table. They kept my table top to ensure it was cut properly and helped me decide on a reasonable thickness to work in the depression. I ended up with a tempered glass insert that fits great and for a much more better price than I expected. It took a little over a week but was over the Christmas holidays nd I told them there was no rush.

They do a great job and are very professional. They get everything done quickly.

GLASS WAS OVAL SHAPED WITH EXTRA CURVES IN IT. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.

THEY ALWAYS DO EXCELLENT WORK. THEIR WORK IS VERY PRECISE.

THEY WERE POLITE AND RESPONSIVE. THEY CAME OUT THE DAY WE CALLED THEM. WE HAD TO HAVE THE CARPET CLEANED WHERE PUTTY FROM INSTALLING GLASS GOT ON THE CARPET. WE DID HAVE TO REMIND THEM A COUPLE OF TIMES ABOUT THE CARPET GETTING MESSED UP. HOWEVER, THEY SENT OUT A PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANER TO TAKE CARE OF IT.
