My yard is the greenest on the block. Flowers and shrubs look incredible. No ants, spiders, roaches, etc. of any kind. When I called them a few months ago about a possible rodent problem, they came out, installed several traps around the outside of the house, and my problem disappeared overnight.
Prior to AJSW, I called TruGreen. They have a fertilization maintenance package as well. Their people were unresponsive, the services that they provided were sub-standard, and I had only one poor quality treatment and could not get them to come out to fix the issue and do the other treatments that were scheduled. After 8 weeks, I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company and file a BBB complaint to get my money back on my "100% satisfaction guarantee".
With the "Total Care", they come out several times a year and are always prompt, courteous, and contact with them is outstanding. One of the best companies I've dealt with. Jay and his team are very easy to work with, and provide a great quality product. They are not the absolute cheapest service, but the small amount extra is well worth it. The price is well worth the services received. I highly, highly recommend.

The company's representative was very courteous. Treated our house for pests using all-natural substances, and they have all but disappeared. We will be using this company for regular treatments. We are so glad to keep chemical insecticides out of our house!

Not much to add!

The roaches are gone. They help me with bait boxes and trap rats or insects. Very responsive and it worked.

Overall the job went okay.

It took a little while for them to get to us, but they said they would be here, they were here.

AJ Southwest is fantastic!! They stand by their work and have great customer service. Last week my mother was Babysitting when AJ came for the treatment. My husband had told her they were coming and asked her (referencing not to let the dogs out) not to let them in the backyard. Well, she mistakenly told AJ Southwest not to go in the backyard...they treated the front of the house as asked and went to their next apppointment. When we discovered what happened we called, and they have since free of charge come out to finish the treatment. It is this kind of customer service (and the absence of creepy crawlies) that keep us going to AJ Southwest. They are a great company!

I have used them several times. I liked the company and the guy who owned it. The guy who worked for us was decent. I think I will continue to use this company.

They are excellent. They are knowledgeable, responsive and stand behind their work.

THEY ARE NICE TO WORK WITH, THEIR PRICING IS FAIR AND THEY TAKE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I ALSO LIKE THAT THEY USE ORGANIC PEST PRODUCTS THAT ARE SAFER. THEY ALSO ARE WILLING TO OFFER ADVICE AND SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO CLEAR UP THE PROBLEMS YOURSELF.

WE CHOSE AJ BECAUSE OF THEIR POSITIVE APPROACH TO TERMITE CONTROL WITHOUT THE USE OF CHEMICALS IN THE HOUSE. THEIR PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE WITH SEVERAL OTHERS WE CONTACTED. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY COURTEOUS. THEY CALL THE DAY BEFORE THE TECHNICIAN IS TO COME SO WE KNOW THEY ARE COMING, EVEN THOUGH WE DON'T NEED TO BE HOME. THE TECHNICIAN ALWAYS LEAVES A SERVICE NOTICE WITH AN EXPLANATION OF WHAT ACTIVITY HE FOUND. WHEN I HAVE HAD TO CONTACT THE OFFICE THEY HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE TO MY QUESTIONS. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE HAD IS THAT THE STATIONS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FLUSH WITH THE GROUND SO WE CAN MOW. DUE TO THE HARD ROCKY GROUND UNDER OUR SOIL, SOME OF THE STATIONS ARE AN INCH OR SO ABOVE THE GROUND SO I HAVE CHOPPED UP AT LEAST ONE STATION COVER. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AND REPLACED IT.
