Aire Serv of Fort Worth

I purchased the Big Deal for system maintenance as it had been many years since I'd had the heating and air conditioning checked. Mike was very thorough and let me know where there were issues that needed additional attention. As a result of his inspection, I made an appointment to have an estimate done for replacement of the air handler--something I knew would be needed eventually. Alan fit me into his schedule the very next day and after looking at the unit, determined what was needed as a replacement, explained the different options available and provided me with an estimate. I decided to proceed with replacement and an appointment was scheduled for just two days later. The air handler unit was upstairs and it was installed in 1979 (if the papers on the front of the unit were to be believed). Pete and Joe arrived early in the morning and proceeded to disassemble the behemoth that may have had the house built around it. I did not envy them having to get that out and down the stairs. They were professional, efficient and very careful to not cause any damage when removing the old unit or installing the new one. I was kept informed of the work they were doing (such as sealing the back inside of the unit with tape and mastic as it was not possible to get behind the unit to seal it from the outside). They tested the unit (much quieter than the old one) and showed me where the filters were located. When they left, everything was spic and span--inside and outside. They were here 4 or 5 hours and I never doubted they knew exactly what they were doing. I would absolutely do business with Aire Serv again.

This company has good customer service and professional employees. I was not there for the repair but my family advises that they were very happy with service and the ac and furnance are working great.

Technician arrived on time, was pleasant and neat, recommended one new capacitor and two compressor savers, which we did and installed two customer - provided filters.

Mike is THE man! He takes great care of our HVAC equipment and we throughly trust him and his company Aire Serv. He is awesome at explaining what he is doing and what we can expect in the future. He lets us know about what the options are so we can make informed decisions concerning our equipment. No high pressure scare tactics, just honest reporting back to us about what he has discovered. Before chosing Air Serv we were trying a new service company every time we needed help, now, we call Aire Serv and receive the highest possible technical support to keep our air conditoner and furnace running great!

Michael showed up at exactly when he said and was very professional.He did everything I had expected on a routine checkup and so much more.He found a serious defect that two other AC companies had not.This could have caused a very expensive problem down the road had he not found it and pointed it out.I will continue to use AireServ for any of my future AC needs.

Allen came as scheduled for the estimate. He was very professional and answered my many questions. A week later, Paul and Mark came on the scheduled days (it took 2) and performed the work. They were also very professional and answered my additional questions. Everything went smooth and to expectation. Both units are fully functional and I am now waiting for the utility bill to see benefits of the new equipment.

he was late because of work he had to do at the previous stop. I understood it and I'm okay with it. He got here around 4, but he spent 2 and a half hours here anyway. he didn't give us a quick check so he could be gone by 5. he was here until about 6:30. Attic first, and then the two outside units. He looked at everything, tested circuits to find current and resistance (I don't know exactly, I'm not good with electricity). Found two parts that weren't functioning correctly, replaced them for a reasonable price. Checked coolant levels too. didn't tell us we needed to top up, said the levels were okay. Tested temp at intake and outflow. He told us the age, how to find the age, make and model- how to find the plates with that info on the units. Told me what to expect in terms of replacement parts. He did tell me that they would need to be replaced soon. I expected that, but he didn't make it seem as though they would fail tomorrow so I should replace them today. My read was that he looks at a lot of units, there is plenty of work for AC people here, so he didn't need to sell me. he just laid it out, the system in the house is old, coolant types have changed, so when I get ready to change them out when they fail expect to pay such and such a price. I appreciated his attitude, I didn't detect any odor of b*******, and I've been a history teacher for about 20 years. Not that that gives me any ability to understand HVAC, just b******* in general. I'll be able to look at prices of units and compare that with what he told us.

Service tech was polite, clean-cut, and pleasant. He was here for almost four hours, so I think I got my money's worth! Would definitely use again.

I was pleased with the experience with Aire Serv. I had not heard of the company before but chose to use them because of Angie's List recommendations. I am glad that I chose them. At least at this point, I am pleased, but I write this after only my one experience.

The company was able to perform the service one day after I called to schedule. The technicians arrived at my house in Benbrook, on time, and were polite and professional. It took them about 3.5 hours to install the air handler and they did and excellent job. There were no loose ends left untied, and I paid one flat price that covered all labor and parts with no surprise fees. I would certainly recommend this company.

Overall the experience was excellent from start to finish!

He was at the house within an hour-and-a-half when I called. George Starr, our technician, knew what he was doing and he was here for only an hour. He did a great job.

Purchased the Silver Advantage plan on a sunday with a coupon thru Angie's LIst. I was contacted at the start of business on Monday to set up an appointment. They were able to come out the same day. Office staff updated me on the arrival time for the tech and he arrived on time as promised. The technician (George) was very professional and courteous. He performed the maintenance in a very timely and clean manner. He made a few recommendations for my system which he was also able to do on the spot. Secondary drain line float switch and hard start kit installed. I also received a discount on the additional services due to purchasing the Silver plan. Overall it was an excellent experience.

As stated, the employees arrived, they completed the tasks very efficiently, explained how everything worked, made sure the system worked perfectly, provided warranty information and cleaned up everything. From start to finish the job was complete in less than six hours. Joe, Pete and Victor were fabulous to work with and they were very courteous and one of them sings beautifully!!!

They are fantastic. They are heating and air-conditioning. I saw them in December. They come automatically the first of every season. They are great. They are prompt and good. They know what they are doing. They don't try to upsell you.

We were contacted to schedule appointment. He was prompt, informative and pleasant. He did the necessary service and did not charge anything extra over the deal. We were contacted with a follow up call to check on service. Very pleased with the quality of service.

After an initial semi-annual tune up, it was discovered that my a/c coil needed replaced. While the parts were under warranty the labor was not. Feeling comfortable with the diagnosis and plan of action, an appointment was set up with particular regards for my time. The technician was respectful and conducted himself in a professional and friendly manner.

It went well. There wasn't any need for additional work. They cleaned out my filters & replaced the batteries & gave me good advice on the importance of replacing the air filter & even made sure I knew how to change it. He even brought his own floor mat! He was a very nice guy & I think he did an exceptional job. I definitely would recommend them. I found that my thermostat is not working and since they were the last company to work on it, I feel they should come out and fix the problem

The person who came, George, was one of the nicest people - but then I think this company hires the best. He updated me throughout the process and offered discounts. I bought this system from AireServ 5 years ago, have never had a problem with this unit, and have always received the highest customer service from the women who answer the phones, to the guys who come out to do the service to the owner. I would never use any other company.

Showed up on time and explained everything from statr to finish. Answered all questions.
