I would recommend to install the system but after that I think their prices are too high for a system check. Especially since they aren't there very long.

The company did a great job, from the sales person (Sandy) to the installers. Compared to the two other companies I got bids from they were the most professional. The system was near the high-end and they worked with me on the final price. I would definitely recommend them.

Salesperson visited within three days of initial service inquiry. Bid received and fully explained at the time of the sales call. Selected this vendor about three days later. Systems were installed within one week. Scheduling of installation was easy and within our schedule preferences. Installation took two days plus another morning to replace one of the compressor units. Installers and supervisors were exceedingly helpful and courteous. Installers explained system and supervisors answered all questions. One of the compressor units would not charge and was replaced the next morning. System was balanced at a later time based upon our schedule. An extremely positive experience.

We deliberated this decision for some time and finally requested proposals fromthree different A/C companies. After reviewing all proposals, it was obvious that AirCo was the best choice for us. From our initial meeting with Sandy and the proposal we received from her, we knew we'd made the right decision. The installation done by Fabian and Roberto was really flawless. They put up with a lot of questions from us, but answered all to our satisfaction. They were very courteous and careful and made the overall installation experience a very positive one. After the installation was complete, Sam came by and reviewed new ducting, air vents, etc., just to make sure that the entire system was performing at it's peak. Based on our very positive experience, we will not hesitate to recommend AirCo to our family and friends. Their name was recommended. So we checked Angie's List. Then called. They came promptly the next day. They would have come that day but we were going to be out. Found problem quickly and efficiently fixed it.

I came home last night to find my ac was not working. After trying to call my home warranty company all day with no response I gave up and called AirCo directly. After explaining my situation to the phone representative she had me do a couple things to see if we couldn't get it working without having to have a tech come out but it still didn't work. At 8:00 at night a uniformed tech (Polo) was at my house within an hour! He was extremely professional and courteous (even put on shoe covers so none of the floors would get messed up) the entire time he was here. He explained what the problem was, had me initial the repairs, fixed it and was on his way. I also bought a maintenance plan which saved me quite a bit off the current job and also includes the spring and fall maintenance. I could not be happier with this company and would recommend them to anyone I come in contact with! This is definitely the company you want to use!!!

The response to our need was tremendous. My father/mother in-law are very old and when we visited on Tuesday afternoon we noticed the house was not cooling. They packed a few things and spent the night with us (their duaghter). We called Airco because they installed a new unit at our house 2-3 years ago and it has performed great. We received a fast bid on Tuesday afternoon and the unit was put in the next morning. Hot summer months can be busy for A/C people but they responded fast to help an old couple in need. I would not call anyone else for when the A/C breaks down. Thanks Airco for all you do.

I've been using AirCo for about 7 years now (long before joining Angie's List). They always provide prompt courteous service and keep my HVAC system in top shape. They installed a new Trane system in my house in 2007 and provide seasonal tune-ups twice a year.

Made appointment and completed on time. What else can you expect?

The installers that worked on the air conditioner came on time. They removed the old air conditioner and compressor the first day. The new compressor and air conditioner were installed the same day, as well as duct work in 3 bedrooms. The inspector for Air Co came the 1st day and looked at the vents and the work. We were able to use the new air conditioner the 1st night and it worked great. The 2nd day, the installers were on time and finished up the necessary work. The Air Co people decide that we needed a new return system duct and installed one in the living room. This has helped keep the temperature in the living room cooler. Both days the crew made sure they cleaned up and both days they walked us through on what was completed.

We initially called them out because the downstairs heating unit had stopped heating (we still had air movement, just no heat). They came out very quickly and diagnosed a faulty circuit board on our eight year old unit. They ordered the part and replaced it as soon as the part came in (about a week). Then we asked them to quote a completely new system - upstairs & downstairs heating & cooling. They deducted the cost of the repairs we'd just paid for & included new touchscreen programmable thermostats for nothing. Then they arranged a finance credit card deal so we didn't have to pay up front. The installation went very well. They were neat & tidy about it, removed the trash from the attic and even worked with us so we could complete the retaining wall & fill with stone where the outside units sit (rather than then sitting on the ground like the old units). They were done in a day and made sure that the air was flowing correctly throughout the house (since they replaced the duct work as well). I put a B for the pricing because I'm really not sure if we paid a high, low or expected amount for what we got. We didn't get a quote from anyone else because we were so comfortable with their service & ethics. It didn't feel like they were trying to screw us so we paid what they asked. It was also a very hassle free experience. The only thing that has been a little odd is that part of the price included the first year of maintenance. I guess I didn't realize this because I never called & had them come out for service. Two years into the ownership they called us to arrange the first service. I suppose that's pretty cool but still a little odd!

The whole thing was done professionally and I can’t say anything bad about it. They did what they said they were going to do, the workmen were polite, and they were in and out. It went one day longer than they had planned but that was because they had to rebuild the floor in the closet. It went on without a hitch and I was pleased with their service. They were late the first day and that threw them off so they went into the second day.

The experience went well. Professional & courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. I hope that the Trane model I bought lasts as long as the old Lennox unit.

Came home from a business trip on Saturday and downstairs AC not running. Next morning discovered I had a leak in attic unit dripping through the ceiling. Called 2 other places and left messages, talked to a live body at Airco, and she had a tech out within 30 minutes. Had to pay after hours charge (179), but considering I had a steady drip through the drywall I couldn't wait till Monday. The unit was low on freon which caused the unit to freeze up and the drain pipe was clogged. He fixed the clogged drain pipe, detected we had a leak and was on time and professional. Had this same unit serviced several times for low freon and nobody else found the leak. Getting a quote from Airco to have coil replaced, if they're close, will definitely use them.

The overall project went well. They offered a window A/C unit from Home Depot to help with the heat while they worked on the project. Was not strong enough but they tried. My husband had an old one we used instead. The only complaint I have is if my husband was not home when the duct work was delivered they would have installed the less insulated duct work (lower rating) then what we paid for. When we pointed this out they immediately returned with the correct ducts that were quoted. The company comes out for a few free visit the first year, then you have to purchase a plan. They did not come the first year and we never thought to call. Recently airco called us and we set up a time for them to come inspect everything at no extra charge. They were very thorough and professional. We have perfect comfortable temperature all year. I would definitely use this company again.

They showed up on time, did the job in the time they said it would, did a great job cleaning up, and did a great job with their follow up. They made sure that I knew how to run the system. Luis Esparza is very knowledgeable, helpful, and provided the service as expected.

Within 24 hrs after calling they sent there representative Sandy to discus my needs. she inspected the existing units and asked some questions.Sandy then offered three estimmates based on different configurations. The cost was well within my budget and expectations. I selected a seer rating of 16/17. They started installation the following day. they worked from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM for two days. they came back for three hours on sat to finish up. they also redirected some duct work to help correct some hot/cold spots in the house. They cleaned up each day and where respectful of privet property. I would recommend them without hesitation.

He was very professional, courteous, and informative. He was very very nice. I was quite impressed with the gentleman that came out. Even though, I didn't pick him to put the heat pump in, I was very impressed. I would use him in the future too.

We had a leak in A/C coil. Found AirCo on Angie's List. Sandra Phillips, our AirCo rep, spent time making sure we knew and understood our options. She actually saved us money by determining we did not need to replace the entire HVAC system! We would recommend AirCo (and Sandra) to anyone in the market for HVAC equipment or service.

The job went well overall. We also asked them to give us a bid for air conditioning and heating as well. They were very professional and seemed to know what they were doing. Their pricing was fair.

A bit higher than the lowest bid but they had 0% financing for 36 months. I bet I got bids from 8or so Trane contractors and this was the bunch I felt most confident in. So far so good, can't wait to get my first cooling bill next summer.
