Returned from work late on Wednesday evening.  Was 82 degrees in home when it was 100+ outside.
Friend's husband is in HVAC business, but he was out of town working on units for other clients.
Called Air Choice because I had used them several times in the past.  They agreed to come out first thing in the morning since I had to leave town early Thursday morning.
They claimed they could not find a leak and suggested several alternatives for repair.  They pointed out a place where the leak might be, but said it was unreachable since it ran under the unit.
I was unable to reach HVAC guy I trusted, so I trusted they had my best interest in mind with their suggestions.
Was charged $464.95.  Used 6 lbs of MY Freon to charge the unit. 
House started cooling down, so I was able to shower, finish packing and head out for my trip only 4 hours behind schedule.
Luckily I did NOT leave my cat a home for the long weekend!  Took her to relative's house.
I arrived home on Sunday evening and it was 92 degrees in my home, 100+ outside. Called Air Choice and they agreed to come next morning.
Then spoke with HVAC friend.  He advised me to put in call to Home Warranty company since obviously had big leak.
Called Air Choice and told them was getting home warranty company involved.  He asked me to let him know later where leak was found.
HVAC friend arrived, found major leak in 5 min.  I contacted Home Warranty company to let them know.
HVAC repair co from Warranty co arrived and found major leak in 5 min.  Required new outside unit.
The place Air Choice pointed out as a potential leak site but they 'could not see because it ran under the unit' was exactly where the major leak was.  AND you can see it if you take the top off of the unit OR just look into it from the top.
Called Air Choice back to let them know two others could find leak in 5 min and was going to require a replacement and thanked him for ripping me off...
He called back fairly quickly and offered to refund most of the money I paid them.
I decided to log onto Smart Meter site to look at my Electric Usage over that weekend to see when the 6 lb of wasted Freon had run out to further pollute our environment.... Looks like it was about Noon the next day.  So their 'fix' and the 6 lbs of R22 EXPENSIVE Freon only last 24 hours.
So no, I will not be using them again in the future and the people I had given their name to as a company I trusted have been told a short version and to no longer trust them.

Great service, great price.  Fast and friendly.  Technician took the time to explain what maintenance was performed.  I will call them again!

I WOULD RATE THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH AIR CHOICE AS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROMPT. THEIR WORK WAS VERY EFFICIENT AS WELL AS SUPERB.

TECHNICIAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND TOOK CARE TO PRODUCE GOOD RESULTS.

MADE NUMEROUS TRIPS FROM ATTIC TO OUTSIDE UNITS. PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY, WITH JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF PROFESSIONALISM.
