LAURA DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. SHE TREATED LOTS OF MILK STAINS AND THEN CLEANED THE CARPETS IN THE ENTIRE HOUSE. THE PRODUCT SHE USES CLEANS THE CARPET AND LEAVES THEM FEELING 'SOFT'.

I HAVE USED AH-HA CARPET CLEANERS SEVERAL TIME AND THEIR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. CARPETS STAINS/SPOTS ARE PRETREATED. THE OWNER TAKES PRIDE IN HER WORK, WHICH IS OBVIOUS BECAUSE THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT. THEY DO NOT USE SOAP, BUT ANOTHER TYPE OF CHEMICAL THAT DOES NOT LEAVE A RESIDUE. THEREFOR THE CARPETS STAY CLEANER FOR A LONGER PERIOD OF TIME. AFTER A PROFESSIONAL JOB OF CLEANING, THE CARPETS ARE THEN 'BUFFED' DRY. WHEN CALLING FOR AN APPOINTMENT, AH-HA CARPET CLEANING SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT THAT FIT MY TIMELINE, NOT THEIRS. THEY CLEANED MY CARPETS WHEN IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME! I WILL USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!
